We are happy to announce that our Managing Partner Mariusz Kondrat was officially admitted to the list of neutrals of the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) of the UPC (Unified Patent Court) for a fixed term of five years, starting from 1 January 2026, for positions: Sole and Emergency Arbitrator Member of the Arbitral Tribunal
