KONDRAT & Partners join the working group of the Competition Law Association
Krzysztof Bąk has joined The Compatition Law Association and he will represent our law firm in the working group dedicated for consulting and assessment, on the Polish ground, the European Commission rules on vertical agreements (VertBER).
The entire evaluation process is going to last till the second quarter of 2020.
