Piotr Pirecki

ATTORNEY

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. After completing his legal training, he was entered on the list of attorneys of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Specializes in pharmaceutical law – from advising on starting a community pharmacy or a pharmaceutical wholesaler to all issues related to the operation of the activities in question. He focuses on comprehensive representation of the entities in cases conducted by administrative authorities as well as other entities.

He has advised many entrepreneurs, ranging from individual family pharmacies to nationwide pharmacy chains.

He also supports clients in the area of so-called business criminal law. He has represented suspects and defendants in extensive proceedings involving organized crime groups suspected of business violations.

Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked on health care issues in public administration bodies, both at the national and provincial levels. He also has a theoretical background in this area due to his graduation from the Postgraduate Study of Medical Law at the University of Warsaw.
