Oliwia Bucińska

Trainee Lawyer

Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration at the Catholic University of Lublin. During her studies, she was actively involved in the University Legal Clinic within the civil law department.

She gained her professional experience at Warsaw-based law firms, where she handled tax law matters, including those related to cryptocurrencies and Research and Development (R&D), as well as GDPR compliance. She also collaborated with the “Legalny Offtop” podcast and co-organized the European Lawyers’ Day conference.

Currently, she provides legal services in the fields of trademarks, industrial designs, and cases involving acts of unfair competition.
