Nina Kosecka

Nina is a graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and from the Comparative Law School in cooperation with the Centre for International Legal Studies in Salzburg. As from 2022, she is registered in the list of patent attorneys maintained by the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.

She gained her professional experience in the patent and trademark offices, where she provided legal support in the area of litigation and court proceedings, trademark and industrial design applications and cases concerning the intellectual property infringements.

Nina specialises in matters related to the protection of trademarks and industrial designs, as well as unfair competition cases.
