Łukasz Gil

Łukasz is a graduate of the College of Law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw and of Cultural Studies (specialization “Theater, performance, spectacle”) at the Institute of Polish Culture at the University of Warsaw. He is currently preparing a doctoral thesis on the copyright regulations for the art market at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He is the author of several publications and has conducted original workshops for acting students on copyrights related to theater.
His has been working in reputable Warsaw law firms specializing in intellectual property law and as an advisor for cultural institutions, where he has dealt with cases involving economic law, copyrights, industrial property, personal rights or unfair competition.
In his daily practice he provides legal support in the area of trademarks, industrial designs, copyrights and combating unfair competition.
