Administrative Director

Konrad is responsible for the efficient functioning of the administration of the Practice.  He organizes the smooth course of work in the office by creating and supervising compliance with the relevant procedures prevailing in the company.  He coordinates all orders and approves expenditure on essential equipment and appliances.  He ensures the optimization of the processes and costs of the Practice.  Among other things, he deals with the thematic blogs written by the employees and the Key Management System (KMS) that serves to manage the documentation transferred between Clients and the Practice.
