Katarzyna Hałaburda

Katarzyna is a trainee attorney at the Bar Association in Warsaw, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Kozminski University and Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw.

She specialises in the area of intellectual property law and Life Science: pharmaceutical law, medical devices law, food law and medical law. She gained professional experience in Warsaw law firms, where she developed her current interests.

In her daily practice, she provides legal services to companies from regulated industries, including matters related to the introduction of specific categories of food, medical devices and medicinal products to the market. She also specializes in consulting in the field of marketing activities and activities related to the widely understood trade in regulated products.
