Legal Adviser, of Counsel
Dorota is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
She worked in the legal department of the European Integration Committee Office, and later was an employee of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), where she held the post, among others, of Deputy Director of the Department of State Aid Monitoring and Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and European Case Law. She was responsible for conducting accession negotiations relating to competition and also advised the governments of states acceding to the EU in European Law.
She has appeared before civil courts and the Supreme Court many times in cases relating to the protection of competition and consumers. She also has experience in commercial court cases and in administrative matters.
She has been a speaker at many conferences and training courses and the author of many publications, including ones relating to European Union law or competition law.
