Dominika Fallach

Lawyer

Dominika is a lawyer and doctoral candidate at the University of Lapland in Finland. She supports the clients in the field of industrial property rights, including trademarks and industrial designs, as well as copyright law. She builds trademark portfolios by participating in the process of examining their registrability and in the registration process itself in the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the Polish Patent Office. She also assists in protecting clients’ exclusive rights at the pre-trial and trial stages, particularly in civil and criminal proceedings.

In 2023, she completed her legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
