Michał graduated from of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin.
He gained his experience in Lublin law offices where he provided legal services in terms of civil, administrative and commercial law. Moreover, he advised on ongoing corporate matters.
Michał focuses on legal and administrative advice on matters concerning intellectual property, particularly trademarks. He represents clients in disputes relating to IP infringement and unfair competition. He prepares legal analysis and opinions due to civil, copyrights and industrial property law, including know-how and trade secrets. He also drafts and verifies IT contracts for technology transfer and implementation.
