On December 22nd 2018 Dziennik Gazeta Prawna published an article by Andrzej Przytuła, advocate and partner, and Katarzyna Biegańska, lawyer: „How to present information and ideas? Copyrights and freedom of speech and freedom of the press”.
According to Article 11 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights „freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas”, as well as „freedom and pluralism of media” are the crucial components of this Article. (…)
